As for NIT Turchy (NO.1), They have not still declared for cutoff. Further your interest area is also having stiff competition. So I hope you grab your seat in top 4 NITs across India.

yes, you are elligible if we take view of last few years, but it would be very fortunate if you preserve your place in top3 NITs , so I will suggest to wait for their cutoffs declaration and apply accordingly.
