Dear Kritik, you havent mentioned your Category and the State you belong to. Because in few States, this score can actually get you a seat in a Government Medical College even under General Category. However, if you are inclined towards  Private Medical College, please remember that every Private Medical College allots a certain number of seats to Government and these seats are called A Category Seats.  Their fees is according to Government Standards. Then come the Management Quota seats which are also called B Category seats. Their fees is nothing less than 40 lakhs on average because these are the revenue generating seats for the college.
