19,000 seems to be a good rank. Kudos for that!.But, you haven't made it clear about which EAMCET you are talking about , that is AP / TS EAMCET.
To get seats in CSE/ECE branch in top colleges you need top ranks , as these two brances are always in demand in both the states ( TS & AP).
But still as you have secured a decent rank you have possibilities of getting colleges with good faculty and accomodation.
