Yes, since you have 13 years of schooling and college in Telangana you are eligible for all competitive exams of Telangana State.
Any person who studied in a local educational institution for four consecutive years prior to 10th class in Telangana is entitled for college seats and government jobs under the local quota according to the provisions of Article 371(D).
Also the following areas are considered local :
Local area in respect of Osmania University (O.U.) area, it includes the districts Mahabubnagar, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Medak, Nalgonda, Warangal, Khammam, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Adilabad. Local area in respect of Andhra University (AU area) includes districts Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam. In respect of Sri Venkateswara University (S.V.U. area), it includes the districts Nellore(Potti Sree Ramulu), Anantapur, Chittoor, Kadapa(YSR), Kurnool.
U said u r from multiple states, as AP & Telangana are now different states.
U need to decide with your parents where u origin from.
As both states belongs to South India.
