i would like to suggest MBA ...why because even you are very clear in that, you are not good at practical....so its better to choose MBA where practical will be less and theory is more...

As your theory is more good over practical than I'll suggest you to do MBA because in MBA you won't need to study hard the practical subjects and solve numerical problems.

In MBA you just need to have some theoretical knowledge with soft skills like good communication and leadership skill.

Also if you are interested in company laws and other financial work you can go for CS.

For CS you didn't need to give foundation entrance as you will be graduating this year but for mba you need to appear in entrance exams like CAT, Cmat, Xat , GMAT,mat etc.
