Hey.
Here is the list for best books for 12th Commerce.
Accounts- T.S.Grewal along with NCERT.
Economics- T.R Jain, Sandeep Garg
Business Studies- NCERT will be the best for business studies as compared to any reference books. Writing the key words and headings as in the NCERTs will help you ace the exam.
Maths- RD Sharma.
English- NCERTs are enough.

Hello,
Actually there's nothing like best or average in terms of books.What matters is the language. It is very much possible that you can find a book very easy and understandable whereas your friend might not be able to understand anything on it and vice versa. So, you will have to understand that which book is easy to understand for you.
Personally i took these following books :
Accounts: T.S Grewal
Economics: NCERT+S.Chand's micro and macro economics.
Business studies : Poonam Gandhi.
