Iam sorry to say you that there is no chance for you to get into nits.
But you have a chance to get I into nits/iiits/gftis if you perform well in jee mains 2.
So prepare well for mains 2.

JEE Main 2019 rank (probable) = (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100
and at this rank it will be quit difficult to get a Government college.
