Hello sir can i get admission for BE after my Diploma in CSE?

Whatever the Branch you have studied in your diploma you have to continue that branch in the btech /B.E too.You cannot shift the branch.It is not possible to shift because both are entirely different interms of subjects.By writing the entrance exam for lateral entrys you can do your engineering entering into the second year of btech.
If at all you want to do there might be a chance of writing the engineering entrance exam with 10+2 students.

Yes defineltly you can pursue B.E in Computer science and Engineering after diploma course. It is called as lateral entry. Many colleges in India have provision for such seats. You will get direct entry into 2 nd year. So for you the course duration for B. E will be 3 years.
some colleges conduct entrance test for lateral entry whearas some colleges offer admission based on Diploma score.
And one more thing now a days there is no differernce between B.E / B. Tech you can do your course in any one of them. There is not much difference between them. Both courses have same syallbus and pattern.
