You must have mentioned your category so that things would have been clear.
Anyways, according to last year if you are General Category candidate then it is tough to get MBBS in government colleges but you will definitely get BDS.
If you are from SC/ST/SE category then you will get few colleges as the cutoff goes even 400 for such category candidates.
