Hey,

You have secured a decent marks but this year's cut off marks are higher than previous years. So you have really low chances of getting admission in a government college for MBBS course . You would require atlst 500+ to get a govt College. You can try for BDS course if interested. Otherwise wait for the second and third counsellings results.
