hello sir, i did not register for tsicet counseling ......what should i do now

There are other entrance exams that give admission based on other tests, so in case you have given/registered for any of those, you can apply through them. If you haven't there are colleges(very limited) who give admission based on 12th passing marks, so try for them, else you have no option but to drop the year and give the tests next year, and apply properly. There might even be a few exams who's date of application hasn't passed, but soon will. All the Best!
