Comparing you rank with last years cut off ranks (though they change and are subjective) i have mentioned colleges in which you have probable chances of getting into through state quota.

If you have a domicile for Karnataka then you can apply for state quota for which the cut off of 2018 for Government MBBS college for ST category was 335 for Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalaburagi.

If you don't have domicile then you can not apply through AIQ for which the cut off for the same was 402 for Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences, Kodagu.

This year the cut off will be increasing by 20-30 marks . Therefore you will get a seat through state quotas for sure . Here is a link where you can get information the colleges in Karnataka-
