With your low rank, there are very minuscule chances of you getting an IIT. Following are the few IITs and branches you can try for -

• IIT Delhi - B.Tech in Textile Tech.
• IIT Hyderabad - B.Tech in Material and Metallurgical Science.
• IIT Roorkee - B.Tech in Metallurgical and Material Science.
• IIT Dhanbad - B.Tech in Chemical Engg. , Engg. physics.
• IIT Guwahati - B.Tech in Bio Tech. , Engg. Physics.

According to previous year cutoffs, IIT Dhanbad and Guwahati are the best options you have got.

The maximum I have seen st ranks drop is to 600-800. Not below that even in the new iits .

But certscert you can wait till the last round and wait .

You can also try in some other colleges which accept jee advanced ranks for admission.
