Based on your score and this year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat in a government medical college under all india quota but you do have chance so getting admission in government medical college under state quota but only if you have some category advantage.Still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc and also cutoff this year are too high.
