Hello Mahesh
I would like to begin by saying that Nothing is Impossible if you have the willpower to succeed. Now coming to your question, I would suggest you quickly brush up your basics as soon as possible and do your revision as soon as possible. If you have notes , start revising those notes right away. These three months , time management is the key , so you must make a routine first and foremost and start following that routine rigorously. If you plan on scoring well in the NEET exam , you have to sacrifice a lot of your other activities which are not that important towards studies as there is very little time for you to spare. Then after you are done brushing your basics and concepts , start solving previous years papers and start giving mock tests. You have to make it a point to give a mock test every day. After you have solved around ten to twelve mock tests , start working on your problem solving speed and analyse where you are getting stuck and what you could do to improve your problem solving speed. Do not lose hope if the results are not up to the mark at first as it happens with everyone. You will improve with sincere practice and hardwork. If possible , do give all india test series of coaching centres which conduct mock tests of NEET so that from your mock test rank, you will get an idea of where you stand. Try to improve accuracy along with your speed so that you could get yourself comfortable when you are in the test environment and not panic under pressure. The last week of NEET , I would suggest you take care of your health and just go through your notes and brush up and revise your concepts. This NEET preparation should not take a toll on your health which includes both your mental as well as physical health. Health comes first and then everything else. Eat healthy and get atleast seven hours of sleep everyday. A tired brain is never going to be as efficient as a refreshed one. I hope you would take care of yourself and work hard and hope for the best. Always remember that NEET exam is not the end of the world if the result do not come out as expected . You can do extremely well in life choosing other fields as well as the world is filled with new career opportunities which are as good as the medical field ones. I wish you success and my best wishes to you for NEET.
Thanks
