The Qualifying Marks required to appear in NEET exam is given below:

UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).

According to the eligiblity criteria you can appear for NEET exam.

The eligibility criteria fo NEET UG is

• The candidate must pass 10+2 or it's equivalent from a recognised board
• The candidate must secure minimun agreegrate of 50%( for unreserved candidates) and 45% for physically disabled( unreserved candidate) and 40% minimum aggregate (reserved candidates SC/ST/OBC) in Physics, chemistry and biology.I

If you fulfill the above criteria then you're eligible.

QualifyingMarks for NEET 2019:

For the  general category candidates, it is 50%marksin  aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the class12th  exam .For the  candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories, the minimum mark is  40% in aggregate in the class12thexam .

So you  are eligible for neet exam...
