Hello aspirant, as per the government rules only 15% seats are availible for the candidates of other states to aspire the seats in the local government, and that too only for the students scoring high ranks , as your rank is good they are chances for you to have seat in ap , for conformation go through the college predictor and find the path, and feel free to ask any quiere.
