hello sir/madam I have issue in ap emacet counselling seat allotment so,my issue is I got a IT seat in 1st counselling in vignan vizag,and I preferred to go to 2nd counselling for better option .then I got petroleum enigneering and I didnt enter the course in web option. and I lost my first seat

Dear aspirant,

If you have been alloted a seat in the first round of counselling,you need to report to the specified college or if it is online then you need to get your documents verified and now if you want to participate in 2nd round of counselling just opt for upgradation.
