Yeah definitely he / she will be able to write the JEE mains entrance exam in the year 2019 of both the session i.e in the month of January as well in April but make sure in mind that it will only be useful when you are able to score the sufficient number of marks which you want to score in those respective subjects in which you are writing your improvement exam .
