Hello Vicky,
If last date for application form is expired than i think there is nothing you can do with this. But you can only once contact them through there helpline number, but than also there are no chances that application form will be filled again for 2018. I think you will have to wait for next year.

As far the dates are concerned,Jawaharlal Nehru University will release the JNU 2019 application form by October 2018. Candidates who wish to seek admission for the different UG and PG courses can fill and submit the application form of JNU 2019 by October 2018.
