Yes you can get admission in diploma courses but of course first of all you need to pass your 10th standard. You can either pass it in the July when betterment exams are held OR pass in it in the next year. But once you finish your 10th, then only with the help of 10th marksheetd and school leaving certificate, you can apply for various courses. By the way, diploma is a 3 years course after which you can join engineering.
