If you belong to Uttar Pradesh home state category then you can get admission at most of the top colleges of Uttar Pradesh and you might even get the Premier colleges of UPTU though you might not the most favoured branch of CS/IT. There are very high chances that you might get Rajkiya Engineering colleges there.
I would suggest you to check the previous year cut offs of UPSEE to get a better idea.
