Yes ofcourse it is possible for you to do both the things simultaneously. First of all, you need to clear JEE advanced examination in order to get a seat in any IIT. You need to put in a lot of efforts in order to make it to the IITs. Once you clear JEE and get a seat in IIT, then for 4 years( the college duration) you can prepare for Civil services examination and as soon as the college gets over, appear for the exam. You can join any coaching institute in the same city as your college for Civil examination preparation. Do ensure that the coaching is not far from your college as it may then be difficult for you to manage your time. Or, if you do not want to go for any coachings, then you may check for online payed/free courses available. These courses guide the students time to time and help them crack the exam. Now it's all up to you.
