Hello I Passed 12 this year. I want to become software developer at google. Also I want to study from IIT Kharagpur. Plz tell me what to do

Bro u have the tough Dreams so work hard as u said u passed out 12 and have u worte her mains? If yes what is your percentile? What about your jee advance ? If u have the right answer for my quores then u can go as per ur dreams
If not say goodbye to your dreams I mean that u can't be an IITian but u can be at Google by working hard in 4 or 6 years in b-tech or m-tech
If u want to be an IITian, u have to do long term that which won't worth in my aspects

Hey!
For studying in IIT Kharagpur, you need to crack JEE mains and JEE advanced with great overall score and rank. You can attempt these exams next year.
You will get the branch of your choice once your rank is around 100 or higher than this. Try to prepare well for JEE to ensure your selection.
Your placement in Google will depend on where you get admission. Google does offer job opportunity in only top IITs. And the package varies with your calibre, your merit, work experience, etc.
