The closing ranks depends upon various factors like number of seats available, number of candidates applied, difficulty level of exam etc.

We exactly can not determine the closing rank for a particular year. However by observing previous years trends we can have an idea about possibility of getting a seat.

If we look at  cutoff for 2019 DNB admission for DNB og the closing rank was near about 26000. So it seems that there are some chances for you to get a og seat.
