Yes , i understand your query as you will definitely get the admission for mbbs.
If you had a domicile certificate of telangana then you will get 85% quota so, if you want the admission only in telangana the competition would be more.
But if you don't have domicile certificate then you get admission in Maharashtra and Gujarat ,where competition is less so you will get admission for mbbs.you will definitely get admission in mbbs with your rank.
