This won't be sufficient to get a government seat as you belong to general category. It would be better if you try for some private colleges. Chances, however, won't be much there as well. However, it is always good to try.

According to last years cutoff your score is very low for getting admission in government colleges. You can try for deemed and private colleges.

Based upon your score NEET 2018, according to previous year cut off, your chance is less for get admission in govt college under all india quota and state quota also.
You can try in deemed university or pvt college.
