You have counselling support in ipu, try to contact them and ask them about it.

You have to number them in the order you want to pursue your course.
See start selecting top colleges ie the college you want to pursue at the beginning.
Starting from top colleges to mediocre.
The choices will be submitted then you will be assigned in the order ans availablity of seats
The counseling is done like this
