Your general rank is good. You have chance to get government colleges. As you are in SC Category then you get some extra benfits. As you are in girl quota also and have good rank in girl quota this is one extra benefit.Cutoff vary from year to year. Cutoff depends upon number of students participate in the exam and level of paper ( easy, moderate and government). These are  the college where you can apply :
