NEET Eligibility Criterion with respect to marks
1. Unreserved/General Candidate
Pass mark in all subjects and 50 percent minimum aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology
2. OBC/SC/ST
Pass mark in all subjects and 40 percent minimum aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology
3. PwD
Pass mark in all subjects and 45 percent minimum aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology
Assuming you are a general category candidate, I would suggest you to secure a minimum of 60 percent so that you can also be eligible to appear for AIIMS UG Entrance Examination.
