I got your point and the solution to this is that you can go for private engineering institutes if you don't want to give the JEE Mains exam. There are various other private engineering institutes like VIT, SRM, BITS Pilani, Manipal University, Thapar University, BIT Mesra etc.

Dear Durgesh,I am very sorry to inform you that DTU takes admission through JEE Main only there is no other way.If you have not applied for JEE Main you can fill the application form of other private colleges like BITSAT, VITEEE, SRM, Manipal and Amrita.You can also appear in your state level exam to take admission in state government colleges.
