You haven't mentioned the college for which you are referring to in your question from where you want to continue your studies. You haven't mentioned the college so information regarding the course, fees and admission procedure cannot be told until and unless you mention the name of the college. You can mention it in the comment section. Also, not every College or University allows changing of colleges in second years or any other for that matter. So, it is necessary that you provide the name of the college.
