Hey I am from bihar patna and I have done my schooling from here only through cbse board since I started studying and my whole family lives here like bihar is my base so can I get admission in cbit vnr vjiet etc colleges in Hyderabad through ts eamcet for btech(cseai ds) on that 15% unreserved seats

Yes, you do have a chance of securing a seat in a good college in Hyderabad even if you are a student from Bihar. The reason being you will be an out-of-state student, and around 15% seats are reserved for all (outside state students included). You have to appear for EAMCET and get a good rank. Competition will be higher in your case because there will be a number of students eyeing to get a seat in that 15% quota.
Additionally, you can also apply for the Management Quota as well.
