You can get into some government medical colleges according to last year's cut-offs under 85% state quota. But this year the cut-offs are expected to increase so your chances decrease but you still may get in. If i compare with previous year cutoff lists, then the cutoff was 469 to get into Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow, for general category.

For OBC cut off was 429 for getting Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College

For SC cut off was 374, for getting Government Medical College, Saharanpur

So, according to the cutoff trends  your chnces are high to get government medical college in UP through 85%  state counselling

Last year, the cutoffs for government medical colleges in UP for UR candidates under the 85 percent state quota were between 469 and 589. If same trend continues, then you do have a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent medical college.
Also, the BDS cut-off was 522. So you have a chance in government dental college too.
