hey i have 30700 rank in general merit and 2907 rank in sc so did i get any govt. college and I'm also from west Bengal

It would be better if you add in your query about the exam name that Is it about JEE main or Wbjee or any other exam.

Well in case of Jee main , with your sc rank you can get chance in various NITs through JOSAA.
