To get admission in Culinary course, you need to be 12th pass, doesn't matter the stream you opt in 11th, you are eligible to pursue the course on the undergraduate level. Some institutes take in direct admission for the course, while there are also some institutes that conduct entrance exams that you can easily take-up after your 12th standard.
After the Undergraduate Degree in Culinary Arts, you can always go for a Post Graduate degree.
