I have made a list of some colleges in Tamil Nadu which you can apply for in state quota counselling under open category with a score of 470.
1. Tirunelveli medical college.
2. Coimbatore Medical College.
3. PSG Institute of Medical Sciences.
4. Madurai Medical College.
5. Thanjavur Medical College.
6. Chengalpattu Medical College.
7. Kilpauk Medical College.
8. Government Vellore Medical College.
9. Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College.
10. KAP Vishwanatham Government Medical College.
All these colleges had a cut off less than 450 in 2018 for open category in state quota. The cut off marks vary every year but not in a wide range therefore, you have some chances of admission in these colleges.
