Hey my jee main percentile is 80 and I have 30k rank in GEN-EWS can I get into any NIT any branch ?

You haven't mentioned your home state. Analysing the previous year data, you have very low chances of getting a seat in NITs. Don't worry, you can still get many good private colleges.

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
