hey, my sister got 407 in NEET 2019. what all govt/private colleges in West Bengal she can apply for in General quota?

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With general category rank 407, she might not get any government college through All India quota or state quota. But, she can opt for private medical colleges in Karnataka. Some top private colleges she might get in Karnataka are-
