You clearly haven't mentioned the exam you are talking about. There are a lot of preparatory courses available online but it totally depends on the competitive exam that you are about to give this November.
Try mentioning that and feel free to revert back in the comment section.
Or you can look them up in google itself. Some of them are paid.
