hi, dear reader. that's Kabir, a JEE 2020 applicant. i wanted to ask that if i wear specs. for both spherical and cylindrical, so am i allowed to apply for PwD catagory?

see the persons having 40% or more disabilities is comes under pwd quota, and you need to also submit the medical certificate. however persons with blindness and low vision, locomotor disability, hearing problems, autism comes under disability quota, criteria's are mentioned in the Schedule of the RPwD Act 2016. wearing spectacles with cylinder and spherical does not have specify for pwd, for better understanding you may check the rpwd act 2016.
