The British Council provides a lot of support to people suffering from dyslexia. They have also provided a written guidance on what are the help a student can get. A student is asked to give a dyslexia assignment to check what kind of helps and faculties needs to be arranged. Also, many universities provide financial aid to physically challenged/disabled people. You may get faculties like extra tutor, extra time in exams etc. The University will also provide facility like a meeting with the doctor or your dyslexia advisor to make sure that everything is fine.
