Admission also depends on whether you are eligible for 85% reserved State Quota, caste category, etc.
For medical colleges in Uttarakhand, the cutoffs last year were mostly 500+(For UR category). So, with 480 marks, it might be difficult to get admission there.
You could get admission to many private medical and dental colleges in Uttarakhand.
