Hi I am getting 450 - 470 marks in neet 2018 and I belong to andhra Pradesh and is there any chances for getting govt seat medicine..?

It is with utter disappointment that I inform you that it is
impossible to determine the cut off marks for a particular
state in the examination. Candidates appearing for the
National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination may refer to
previous years' cut off marks as a whole for the examination
but not for any particular state as such
There are two ranks provided to each of the candidates
appearing for the examination. One is the All India Rank and
the other is the Regional or State Rank. Candidates may
choose from either of the two in order to test their eligibility
for admission to any of the medical colleges spread across
the country
The cut off marks varies from year to year and so only an
approximate can be determined from the evaluation of
previous years' cut off

YES. you may get a seat in lower grade Medical Colleges. But still, don't get disheartened now and hope for best to happen with you.
So just stay calmed and wait for results to be declared.
