It's great that you have prepared thoroughly this year and have confidence that you will crack it. It would not be good to give mocks daily now, I hope that you have given atleast 5-8 mocks and you will be having a strategy for the final test. Hence you may give 1-2 mocks till Wednesday. Beyond that you should revise the concepts and formulae in this week and maybe give some time to your weak areas of the syllabus.
Every management entrance exam is half about your preparation and other half about how you ensure your presence of mind during the exam so that you can identify the easier questions and attempt accordingly. Keep yourself calm and happy this week. You have prepared hard and you need should come out with flying colors.
