NTSE, yes it is a very prestigious exam and clearing it will boost up your confidence and will also give you monetary benefits till the time you do your studies. All other scholarships have several rules and restrictions while NTSE, once cleared is quite easy in formalities, rules and regulations.

Coming to your query, Yes, if you work hard you can clear the exam.

Some prerequisites, I expect that you have:

• Studied class 6-10 Science, Mathematics and Social Sciences with a good interest and can answer an MCQ. If you are not thorough with them, in this time you can revise class 9 and class 10 as most of the questions will be from there.

Now, coming to what you should do in this short time.

• Practice past year papers, at least 3 papers will suffice.
• Give special attention to MAT. Believe it or not, if you do that paper excellently you will get selected even if your SAT goes average.
• For SAT, you can also refer any General Knowledge book for History, Indian Polity and Geography.

One thing I would like to mention, NTSE is not a very difficult exam if you have paid attention in your school education.

So be motivated and do your best. Even if you can't succeed, there is no need to worry. You will get many opportunities ahead.
