Hello Candidate!!
It's a sad news that you have not got your result card in the exam, but the main reason behind this might be The mistakes during the filling of forms.
You must have entered something wrong information in the boxes provided , if you have not qualified according to the eligibility then only result is not declared.
If you have some documents regarding the application filled during the registration, then you can send E-mail to the official teams.
They will surely respond you and will clear all your doubts.
But according to me, only mistakes while filling the forms or most importantly, while filling the answers you must have not entered your details correctly.
