You havent mentioned whether you belong to Plain area or Hill area. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for ST under these 2 sub categories have been as follows:
ST Plain: 264
ST Hill: 211
With 153 marks, unfortunately you fall short by a huge margin. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
