I assume that you are talking about TS EAMCET. Your admission possibilities will depend on the number of seats available, number of applicants and the category you belong to. Since you have not mentioned your category it is difficult to say for sure but below are some government colleges you may get , assuming you are from general category.

University College of Engineering, Kakatiya University, Kothagudem

Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda

JNTUH College of Engineering, Manthani

Also if you are general category , then it is tough to get CSE in government colleges but you will easily get in private colleges. But is reserved category you may get CSE in government too.

Note that your options may vary based on your category, so if you belong to reserved category then you have better options both college-wise and branch wise.
