Hi.. I got 512 marks in neet UG 2018. Colleges I can choose for this marks in counselling in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh

Yes you can apply for counseling under 15% quota ,if you don't have state domicile, & if marks are better ,you can choose seat also , through all India quota .
